Club Icarus Music shop’s return policy supports exchanging for an equivalent item within 78 hours of payment (in person) and receipt of goods (online).

Note:

Espoir Store only supports exchanges and returns for products that are in their original condition.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

If eligible for a return, please return the product to the address of Club Icarus Music Shop.

We will process the exchange for you.

In the case of a full refund, the shop will refund the customer via bank transfer the exact value of the returned product.
